Our trip to Boise!

This last weekend the girls and I were able to go to Boise for a few days to visit my sis-in-law and her two kids.  (Oh, I guess my bro-in-law too!)  It was WARM and WONDERFUL!!!!  My brother had a baseball tournament over there, so we took the oppurtunity to get out of dodge and bask in some sun.  And bask in the sun we did!  When we arrived in Boise the weather was a whopping 72 degrees.  (Coming from 32 degrees and a freezing north wind,  IT FELT SO GOOD!!!)  The kids rode their bikes and played outside.  Rach and I sat with our feet up and just relaxed.  I even got a little sunburnt.

While the weather was warm, we decided to go to one of Nick's games.  The kids had a good time until it got too hot...TOO HOT!  (You won't hear us saying that about Rexburg anytime soon!)

My little Bro.  Unfortunately they lost this game!
Grandma gave Abby some paper and a pen, and she could have been there all day!

Hannah was happy as long as she was with grandpa! (Although this picure suggests otherwise)

Back at Rachel's house Abby discovered, first thing, all of Emma's dress up costumes.  She was in absolute heaven.  The whole weekend Abby would not take this dress off.  She proclaimed herself a beautiful princess! Abby actually didn't want to play outside for awhile, "because she said princess's don't get dirty."  We, however, convinced her otherwise. Thanks Emma for sharing your fun costumes.

Well after two hard days of playing outside, Rach and I decided the kids needed to take a bath.  This was probably one of the highlights of the trip.  My girls have never taken a bubble bath before, so Emma showed us how it was done.  They have a jetted tub, so the bubbles just kept coming.  The girls LOVED it!

Hannah especially!

Thank you Johnson family for allowing us to come and visit!  We love you!
